You will receive a confirmation email receipt immediately after your purchase is complete. Then a second email will arrive- usually the next business day- when we have prepared your order, and it is ready to be picked up.

Orders should be available to be picked up the next day.
Note: Orders placed Friday-Sunday might not be available until Tuesday.

When orders are ready, they can be picked up during the hours the museum is open:

 

When you are ready to pick up, please come to the museum and bring along your order confirmation with a valid ID.

Pull up to the museum’s north lobby entrance, which faces Wade Oval. Pull all the way forward toward the end of the turn-around. Call the store at (216) 707-2333 when you arrive to let us know you are outside. An associate will then meet you at your vehicle with your purchase.
